Also wears sunglasses, no shirt and a pair of black and white pants with a tribal symbol near the ankle. He has brite white tattoes on his torso that he belives give him streangth
Personality:Tends to keep to himself alot. He trusts children more then Adults. Children will truthfully tell you waht they think where as Adults will lie to try to get on a person's good side. He will talk to Adults but he must have some sign that he can trust them first. He will stop a crime if he sees one occurs even if he must break the law to catch the person.

History:Grew up in Africa near one of the beaches. He was brought up with the ideals that a good man knows when and how he must act. To test their tribesmen the send them out into the world to see if they will change these ideals or return with them intact. Another reasoning for this is the hope that the Ideal will spread to others who will also selflessly do what is right, even if it leads to thier own death.
They are all trained in Caperalia and pole fighting as soon as they are able to comrehend what fighting is about. They are also told that Adults in the far-off lands will attempt to decive them to get them to bend to their wills. They should only trust children, who do not know why they should lie or those who will risk themselves for the cause of helping someone else.
Notable Mention:Though he keeps to himself it is simple to gain his trust. Show a sigh of selflessness and he will speak. He wears his sunglasses to let him look around without looking paraniod.
